This may be old info that I have run into (that happens)but from face book,yahoo,windows live,I get all my e-mail in my text in-box....answer right from there too....idk works fine for me

You can't "sync", but you can connect to your computer with bluetooth, and then drag the contacts from outlook to your phone in "my computer" to add them to your phone. May be able to do some way in reverse too, though I haven't tried.

The R810C is not a smart phone, and it does not have an email application that you can use to sync emails with another account.
You can use the browser to access web-based email accounts such as gmail or yahoo mail, if that helps.
